Attendance Policy
Guidelines for student attendance
- Students must maintain at least 85% attendance in all subjects
- Medical certificates are required for extended absences
- Parents will be notified after three consecutive absences
- Students with poor attendance may be denied permission to appear for examinations
Examination Policy
Rules for examinations and assessments
- Students must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled examination time
- No electronic devices are permitted in the examination hall
- Students caught cheating will face disciplinary action
- Re-examinations are only permitted with valid medical certificates
Homework Policy
Guidelines for assignments and homework
- All assignments must be submitted by the specified deadline
- Late submissions will result in grade penalties
- Students are responsible for catching up on missed assignments
- Plagiarism will result in a zero grade and disciplinary action
Promotion Policy
Requirements for advancing to the next grade
- Students must achieve a minimum of 33% in each subject
- Overall aggregate must be at least 40%
- Students failing in more than two subjects will not be promoted
- Attendance requirements must be met for promotion eligibility
